• employs a variety of facilitation models for a custom designed process to effectively engage your group, including World Café, Circle and others.
• experienced and innovative creative facilitator who can employ arts based activities (visual, writing, drama, and movement) among others
• trained in Creative Problem Solving (CPS) techniques for brainstorming and directing action
• certified in the use of FourSight: The Breakthrough Thinking Profile an assessment designed to help individuals and teams better understand how they approach solving problems through creative thinking (half day and full day workshops)
• trained in using interactive visuals for Visual Facilitation, Visual Recording and Template design
